HentaiClub respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

1. Copyright Complaint Process

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA infringement notification to us via email. The notification must include the following information:

• The specific location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on this site

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Processing Time

We commit to completing verification and removing allegedly infringing content within 72 hours of receiving a valid DMCA notification. For counter-notifications, we will restore the removed content within 10-14 business days of receipt (unless a court injunction is received).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA Section 512(i), HentaiClub will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access privileges of repeat infringers.
